Why is it so called thugs always play the victim card and liberals always condon it?

I done four years, ex-con, got out done right and got my record clean! When i was locked down a lot of inmates said i was crazy or stupid because i did not "fight my case" my response was always "i done it, now i will do what i must to get over it" if this makes me crazy so be it! Now i seen some very sad cases, where the person was actually better off in prison than on the street, but these are far and few between! I stood beside men who in front of the judge would cry and ask for another chance, when i seen my mother i cried, told the judge when he ask what i wanted "to do what i have to do and be done"! I knew what i was getting and expected no differant, my mother new and it broke my heart! But some not all but some of those men beside me in court would put on a show, and in the cell brag about what they had done! My question is!

If you have never been behind those steel doors, how do you know they are innocent?

Why do some think men are victims because of color or being poor?
