I used this "inetcpl.cpl" under someone elses direction to erase passwords and history?
by entering it into where it say "search programs and files" above the start button after you click on it. It worked great because I had a guest using my computer while I was at work and didn't want them snooping too much. Now its annoying me and want the computer back the way it was. So how do I change it back?

that is just internet options.
so go to internet options and put things back.
history has gone for good
so are all your passwords if you deleted them.
