They freeze it. Then they take DNA from your heart and experimentally grow a new one with a 3 D printer. They unfreeze you to the point of below body temperature and put in the new heart. Do you come back to life?

Not if you died already, no. They'd just be sticking a brand new heart into a corpse.

MAYBE But too bad you would be even more brain dead then you are since 6 minutes without oxygen means your brain is as good as the coffee grounds dumped into the diner trash can ...ya'd be smart as a bag of wet kitchen garbage

Now they can bring back to life the people that have been frozen for this very reason.
The World is sure going to be a lot different than when they were frozen.

Wow then you would never die! Unless growing rubber hearts with 3 printers proves to be too expensive then you die.

If your brain and the rest of your circulatory system are not working, then the new heart will stop working pretty quickly too... so even if that is "life" it doesn't last long.
