shopping online most sites only have 4 inch high heels would you consider that high? also how can I get rea lly good at walking in heels.

Those are actually pretty standard, most high heels are around a 3-4 inch range and 5 inches and over would be considered tall. I can't walk in heels over 4 inches tall

It is considered high. Start out by wearing shoes with a low heel and practice walking around in your house. Once you are comfortable, move up in heel height and practice walking. Keep doing this until you feel comfortable...
