Personally i don't feel a game can be said running unless it gives playable fps , as far as BF4 is concerned i am pretty sure you won't be able to run it with playable fps even on lowest settings.

I had that same processor and it was a stutter fest on Battlefield 3. So I am going to say while you can run it you are going to have a bad time sorry :-(
