i like this girl but.... what should i do?

I really like this girl I met on facebook, we have same similarities, get along just fine in conversations. I havent seen her in person sadly, but I am hoping on getting to met her this weekend. Thing is, I already told her that I liked her...her response was that she isn't ready to have a Boyfriend, I told her that I understood and that I wasn't asking her to be my girlfriend, just that I liked her. She asked what I liked about her, and I told her, she said I was sweet and she gave me her #. We have conversation daily, and we never get bored of it. She told me before, that she wasn't ready to have a Bf and asked if I had a gf or if I ever had one. I never really had a gf, I told her that. She's 17 and I am 20, she turns 18 in a month or so, could she be waiting to turn 18 to have a bf? to feel more ready? I am willing to wait for her, when she feels ready, I am not going to pressure nor force her, whether or not she ends up liking me as a bf. Her parents are strict on her, not letting her go out much unless it's with her girl friends. So it good to let her know that I like her? Is she waiting to turn 18? Can I text her everyday? How can I take her out on a date without letting her parents get in the way or her making excuses? Thanks guys, really
