What is a good dipping sauce for artickokes?

I need some ideas for different sauces. I am not making spinach artichoke dip.

    My favorite:

    1 container real sour cream

    1 box Knorr Leek Soup

    1/2 teaspoon Lea & Perrins White Worcestershire

    Mix all together, and refrigerate until ready to serve with your chilled artichokes.

    Bagna cauda

    Hollandaise

    Fondue (warm cheese)

    Harissa

    Pumpkin chuntney (it is fall)

    Aioli. The easy version is mayo, lemon juice, and garlic.
