7 is a factor of 35, and a^6 = a^2*a^4 (remember that when you multiply you ADD the exponents.
So you can take out 7a^2 as a common factor
7a^2(5a^4 - 1)
x(y - 5) - 9(5 - y)
distribute x an 9, being careful with the signs
xy - 5x - 45 + 9y
group
xy + 9y - 5x - 45
y(x + 9) - 5(x + 9)
(y - 5)(x + 9)
