Do you believe it's possible to stop ageing process in humans or at least slow it down?

If yes, how? Please share your ideas.

Of course. The lifespan has been significantly prolonged in animals by modulation of various pathways. The most commonly by inhibition of IGF-I signaling. It has been conserved among species, yet doesn't work on humans well. Effects of calorie restriction with optimal nutrition are well known across species. Stem cell injections have been also shown to increase lifespan in some species. There are not that many studies using stem cells to prolong longevity yet.

I believe that the combination of stem cell research used for regeneration and modulation of pathways involved in aging will eventually slow down aging process and increase the maximum lifespan.

    Well

This is a very good anti-aging program I'm following: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=547

it's developed by Steve and Becky Holman and it's 100% natural: no drugs, no supplements, no gimmick. They teach how to slow the aging process. There are specific ways to move, eat and think that tell your brain to stop and even reverse the aging process. There are also things they you absolutely have to avoid if you really want to look younger and achieve your ideal body. More info on the site.

    Cheers.
