Loaded IOS 7, now all apps gone, how do I reload them please?

Did you back up your iphone/iPad before upgrading?

If you performed the upgrade to ios 7 on your computer, iTunes would have automatically created a backup. Connect your device to your computer. In iTunes select the device on the left and click on restore backup.

If you upgrade to iOS 7 over the air (directly on your phone) check if you have an iCloud backup. Goto settings, iCloud, Storage and backup. Check when the last iCloud backup was taken. If this is a backup that you want to go back to, then go back to settings, general, reset, erase all contents and settings. When phone restarts and asks if you want to setup as a new phone or restore from an iCloud backup, choose the latter.

If you don't to restore a backup but just need your apps back, you would have to download them from the App Store. Hope this helps
