What have you done to YA?
Up until today, when YA had to go and fix something that was not broken, I enjoyed this site. I have tried to take the TOUR but since my computer does not have audio, it won't let me in. I really have enjoyed coming to this site, and I hope that I have contributed, but it appears to be all over.
I am not even sure that I will be able to navigate finding the answer to this question.
Maybe YA is just trying to weed out old guys like me. Well, I believe that is working.
Bye Yall, its been real. God Bless

We agree.
I have cut back my usage at least 90 percent.
It just isn't worth the hassle.

I have yet to be burdened with the new YA so far. If it works as well as Flickr or Groups my time here will also be over. I don't see why it matters if we are old or young. A screwed up mess is a screwed up mess no matter your age.

I've been thinking along the same lines myself...
I fear that a good number of the intelligent posters will be driven away.
Congratulations Yahoo!...
You've taken a place for the meeting of minds and turned it into a third rate dive!
EDIT: Some of the suggestions that we jump through all sorts of hoops just to be able to use a less cumbersome method that most people prefer isn't worth the effort.
I prefer to hit them where it hurts, in the pocketbook! i.e.; lost advertising revenue.
BTW: If you "Take the Tour" you can express your displeasure in a survey!

Somebody must have noticed that he/she was not doing much on the job, so he/she totally messed up a good format. Nobody wants to use their time trying to navigate the site, but for answering questions or asking them. Before, one could just logon, and go to whatever category you like and there the questions and answers were, ready for you. Now I have to search around to find what I am looking for. Cone on Yahoo, bring back the old format.

This is clearly the work of incomprehensible cyber-Lovecraftian monsters that alter the layout of the site to something that ordinary humans cannot understand. Also, try adding ca. or au. in front of the URL to take you to a different country's Y!As. They seem to be using the old format, for now.

I hate this format. Last night the format was what I am used to useing, this afternoon it is all screwed up and I don't want to even come on anymore. I was close to leaving because of the Nazies , now I don't care if they delete my account. BTW....Where is the spell check. I lived by it.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please don't go!
I know you don't know me and I will never meet...but...many of your answers (even though they were for other people questions) have really touched me and often given me pause for thought!
I think that you sincerely have a gift for helping people, and Yahoo Answers will have lost a great contributor if you have to leave.
If Yahoo won't fix this problem --- please know that you have made a positive impact on many people lives and you will be missed!

The tour just has elevator music, you don't need audio.
But yeah, it's way harder to use. I hope they read these questions and see how upset people are.

Click International on the lower left, then United Kingdom for the old version we all know and love.
