mower blade wont budge!!!?

this is prob the 4th blade on a mower that cant be removed... 2 of them were stripped! is there ANY way I can remove without plasma cutting lol?

Assuming they are bolted on & the bolts are too stiff to remove spray on WD40 and leave overnight.They should come off then.
