Cruz is more pro America than most all of Congress. Supposed leading Republicans like McCain and Cantor are tools. McCain is a sad case having gone from bona fide hero to spineless slug. He's been too tired mentally and physically to actually fight for a principle. He has reminded me of that boxer saying "no mas" in the ring. He should shut up, go home, and sit down. Others have simply been in the DC culture too long or been subterfuged by actions. Others may been knuckling under to threats such as the rumors regarding Judge Roberts.
Cruz and his steady allies are heroes the same as George Washing and his.
