How can I comment on a question?

Yahoo's comment button failed in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and in Firefox, all recent or most recent versions. Windows XP. Do they even care to test their websites anymore?

    The new Yahoo Answers format seems to have removed that commenting option we used in previous format.
