Oh well shiny pokemon really does not have any effect at all. They are just rare thats all. Your game was not glitched, it was that you did not know about shinys huh. It was no a glitch. Those are shiny Pokemon and you should not have reset. They are incredibly rare. They are so hard to find. They are not stronger but they are way more rare, they are the hardest to find and you only have a 1/8,920 chance of finding.
