Jesus is called the Son of God over 50 times in the Bible. Why is he never called "God the Son" ?

They interpret certain verses as meaning the trinity.
The best support for the trinity is a verse in 1st John and has already been shown to have been ADDED, we know this by looking at older copies.
And the other ones that they interpret as the trinity like. "In the beginning was the word and the word was god and blah blah blah" either means something else, or the Bible contradicts itself...

Probably so as not to give the wrong impression that Jesus is God other than as a Son. Because Jesus is God ONLY as the second Person of the Trinity; namely, as a Son.

Because he is the Son of God, read what God says as recorded in Mathew 3:16, 17, and think, who was Jesus prayed to? See John 17 for example.
Jehovah is God, Jesus is God's son and the holy spirit is God's active force.

Because he is the son of God. In 1 John 4:12 says: "At no time has anyone beheld God." Other translates say, "No one has ever seen God". Now how could Jesus be God in any form if the bible distinctly says that nobody has seen God? Many people saw Jesus, spoke to Jesus eye to eye and even touched Jesus. John 3:16 says that God "sent his only-begotten son".

Because then we'd have people saying that God is only one.
I don't know, how many times does Jesus Christ have to say He's God manifest in the flesh before you pick up stones to stone Him for blasphemy.
Isn't that really what this is about?
He received worship of the angels and God allowed it:
Heb 1:6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
If Jesus is not God then God broke the first commandment by allowing the angels to worship Him.
And if you don't believe that He is God then your sins are still on you.

The bible was first in aramaic then translated by many into different languages that the amount of error is high, read the real ten commandments, Google it, Jesus is not God nor the son of God, God will never need to eat, and god doesn't need to release waste or urinate, Jesus was a holy prophet and only that. God replaced him with another person and made people perceive him as Jesus while the prophet Jesus was ascended to heaven so he can return in the future. May Peace be with you

He is actually called, God with us, (Isaiah) Mighty God,(Isaiah) Everlasting Father. (Isaiah) My Lord and My God (by the apostle doubting Thomas.)
Now if he is God with us and the Son of God then clearly he is God the son.
For a child is born to us,
a son is given to us.
The government will rest on his shoulders.
And he will be called:
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
His government and its peace
will never end.
He will rule with fairness and justice from the throne of his ancestor David
for all eternity.
The passionate commitment of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies
will make this happen!

During my years as a young Christian, I often heard and recited the phrase "God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost."

he is by various and sundry other designations and descriptions
like these for example:
Jhn 10:30 I and my Father are one.
Jhn 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
1Ti 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Mat 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

HUmans have a Mind, a body and a spirit withing them.
Though not exactly the same, God also has the Father (mind), Jesus (body) and Holy Spirit (spirit).
God is not just Father, nor just Son, or just Spirit. Father, is one, and not son nor spirit. Son is one and not Father, nor spirit. And Holy Spirit is one, not Father nor Son.
The three makeup GOD. So the Holy Spirit is not God, but part of God. The Father is not God, but part of God. And the Son (Jesus) is not God, but part of God.
So Jesus can say, "the Father ...blah blah blah" and speak of that part of God, as such. Jesus is not the Father. Jesus is part of God, so He can be claimed to be God, in a way. But we must remember, that God is the whole of all, not just one separate.
I myself, cannot claim to be just the body, nor just the mind, nor just the spirit of myself. The body is separate from the mind and spirit. So I can speak of my body, as being MY body. But I cannot speak of my body being ME, as a whole. My body needs to have the Mind and Spirit also included, to be ME, completely.
Someone could say, "the body of Bill" or " the Mind of Bill" but they could not say " Bill, the body." or "Bill, the Mind".
This is how I see it, anyway.
