Advice to Pete Carroll for Sunday's game with the Texans?

Forget for a moment every feeling you have, good or bad, about the Seahawks and answer this question as if you are Pete Carroll's mentor.

You just lost your pro bowl center, left tackle and right tackle too. You are about to meet up with one of your biggest contests of the year with the mighty Texans. You choices are to start two unproven rookies at the tackle positions and now a dilemma on a backup at center too. How would you adjust your offense to compensate for the lack of experience in the meat of your offensive front line?

Remember, you have no allegiance to any other team at this point.

Let's be serious and see how your prediction compare to the actual game.

The "mighty" Texans? Let's not get carried away.

My advice would be to use your high powered offense to put as many points on the board as you possibly can. Now the Texans DID come back from a 21 point deficit to beat the Chargers on Monday Night Football. So the lesson here is to play all four quarters. Don't think that because you're ahead by 3 scores that the game is over. You have one of the most mobile quarterbacks in the NFL and a solid defense. Use that to keep their offense on the sidelines, and use Marshon Lynch to eat up the clock.

    How's that?
