It will make it healthier but not healthy lol!

Too funny, I love fruity Pebbles but rarely eat them because they are loaded with artificial color, flavorings, and a host of other chemicals you probably don't want me to tell you about.

But yahy for you! You are trying to think of healthier options and chia seeds are wonderful!

Keep going, eating healthy is a lifestyle and a process, you don't do it overnight :) Stay strong and stay committed.

Being poor is nothing to be ashamed of, Margo. At this point in your life, with your love of boxed wines and fried foods, bird seed would be just as beneficial to your health as chia seeds. Your best bet would be to dissolve four Bayer Children's Chewable Orange Flavored Aspirin into an 8oz glass of water to complete your well balance breakfast. Or, in your case, supper.

Isn't that the stuff used to make characters look like they're growing hair? Be careful then, because you might wind up growing hairy pebbles.

  • Fred Flinstone eats them and he doesn't look like he's aged a day in the past 40 years, so they must be good for you.

I thought those things made you grow a green, minty bush. It may be healthy, but is it what you really want?
