"JOIN GROUP" button giving an error message universally in ALL group?

I've tested this across many groups and when you are not logged in and you try to click "JOIN GROUP" you get an error page that says:

Sorry, Bad Request.

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. If you're having trouble locating a destination on Yahoo!, try visiting the Yahoo! home page or look through a list of Yahoo!'s online services. Also, you may find what you're looking for if you try searching below.

Can you please advise as to what is going on?

    Don't have an answer, but I am seeing this too. I click Join Group and see the same message reported here. It happens with all browsers, and any random group I try.
