Why did Yahoo change their logo and Answers Section?
The new logo is not attractive, it looks like a skinny tree. Then the messed with Answers, which was nicely laid out, especially the colors which cued your eyes as to where to look etc. Now we have a blaring pure white background which is not comfortable on the eyes. Why do webmasters keep changing things that are already great to begin with? Are they bored? Do they ever ask their readers? This new section really sucks.

Because the people in charge have never used this website, and are in charge of getting more clicks for the advertisers, with complete disregard for us, the users of the website. We pay considerably less than the advertisers do to be here.

I found it a bit unsettling at first because I don't like change and, yeah, in my opinion, it wasn't broken so why fix it. But I'm getting used to it, and one thing I really like a lot is that you can post comments to specific answers and answers can be added after voting has closed. What I haven't learned to like is the way your answers history is listed on a single page which keeps getting longer as you scroll down. It's hard to find stuff that way. And no, I don't think they ever ask. Another thing that bothers me when a website changes is that they don't give you any warning so you can document the old version. I'm sure it's in an archive somewhere--I guess that'd make a good question (how you access archived internet pages). Oh, also it's great that you can now add pictures and video to your question/answer.

I find the logo unobtrusive and after the ! mark finishes its dance it is hardly noticeable and the rest it is just a question of getting used finding you way around.
I have now been using it for a week and I haven't any problems now
