Why did yahoo change the answers format?

I have been dealing with computers since 1964. Yahoo Answers (US) now has to be one of the most user UNFRIENDLY apps I have ever seen.

CHANGE IT BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The format change is a perfect example of liberalism in America today.

You identify a solution to a non-existant problem. You then put the solution in place, which creates a problem. Then you have the nerve to wonder why people are complaining.

But understand that if Yahoo follows the liberal playbook, the next step to correcting the problem will be to make it worse. Going back to the way it was will never be considered.

The only thing I don't like is the fact that when some blowhard gives a long answer and I thumb it down it doesn't collapse. I have to look at it every time I view the question.

To drive people away. Yahoo Answers Canada is still normal.

Go to Canada, the purple virus hasn't gotten there yet.

Just switch to Canada and keep slamming them.

They wanted to change the UI

Somebody talked them into it. Id say theyre too easy.

One reason was to defeat the ad blocker apps that some people use.
