If it was actually ROR, which I have confused with R&R in the past, it means "Released on Own Recognizance" That means that the defendant until trial is free to live their life w/o bail or other supervision.
There is no abbreviation for Remand. That would mean the person has to stay in jail until trial.
Between these two, there is bail.
