Confused dont know what to do?

ok so there is this guy i really like well falling in love with.  he likes me also that i know.  he has really bad trust issues due to his past 2 relationship well those have actully been his only relationships.  they both cheated on him.   i dont cheat i have never cheated.  i do have friends that are guys my bestfriend of over 20 yrs is a guy.  he is having a very hard time trusting me when another guy talks to me.  i have told him i dont look at other guys i only have eyes for him.  how can i get him to trust me after what his ex gf has done to him. and make him see all women are not like them... t4that he just got a couple of bad apples from the start

Babe, this dude is using that excuse as an "out". 


You DONT prove to a guy that you arent going to cheat on him; you tell him to get over it because you are NOT them.  Dont blame the sins of the past on your present. I am not them. 

This dude just wants to get what he can from you, then vanish and use his excuse of "i cant trust women" whenever he feels like it.  And its his get out of jail free card...  See it now?  Good.  

You either accept him and stop feeding into it, or you dont accept it and move on to another guy that isnt going to use a line on you.   Good luck.

It will take time for him to trust you because of his past. Just be patient & in time he will eventually start trusting you. My wife had trust issues because of the abuse she had in her past. We are fine now & she trust me now. Time is a great healer & actions speak louder than words
