The way that dates are expressed varies even within the English language. As a native speaker of the London UK dialect of English, I would pick these:

    1. On July the fifteenth

    2. On the fifteenth of July

    3. On July the fifteenth

    4. On the fifteenth of July

    (On July the fifteenth)

    (On the July fifteenth)

    (On fifteenth of the July)

    (On fifteenth of the July)

Others which sound a little ambiguous can still used in vocal, hence I would suggest the above mentioned as wrong.

    (On July the fifteenth)

    (On fifteenth of the July)

    (On the July fifteenth)

    (On fifteenth of the July)

    These are wrong.
