How does any one know for sure ?

I have also had a few of my answers reported, and got scolded. There are many whiners who live in a PC world, and surround themselves with PC people. What they fail to realize is if they are insulted by an answer, then they shouldn't be on the Internet asking strangers all kinds of questions.

Lasty, they should learn, "We are all resposnible for our happiness." Don't look for others to provide it for you.

The press are pundants of sell, sensationalism and false reporting. The TOP NEWS STORY uis usually a come on to but the paper. Once read the article is usually not even what was stated in the headline.

Retractions are usually done in fine Legal print at the end of the obituary columns.

The press is a sales machine, SELL PAPERS< SELL TV ADS report sesationalism.

In that the "news" often gets things wrong.....obviously you can not be "sure"

A principle called "multiplicity"...... gather information from a wide variety of sources.....compare reports....determine what the facts support.....form an opinion

The Constitution is what the Supreme Court says it is.....they interpret the Constitution.....If they say it is legal.....it is legal

( not "persecution"....it is "prosecution" )...... Free Speech has always been limited by laws...... we have free speech as long as that free speech does not violate or endanger someone else's rights

Your free speech was not violated....LET ME EXPLAIN..... this web site ( Yahoo Answers) is a private business paid for by Yahoo... because they pay for the web site....they get to determine what they will allow to be published here.....BUT YOU STILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BUY YOUR OWN WEB SITE AND POST WHAT YOU WANT THERE.....you still have free speech but Yahoo is not required to spend their money to post your thoughts..... unless they approve of your thoughts
