Ebay refunds...How to?
First time for me, wanting refund for ebay purchase...I'm supposed to post back the item to the (private)seller, and let her know when I've posted it. Fine. But what guarantee do I have my money will be reimbursed?
Is my 'PayPal' supposed to look after this perhaps?
Thanks in advance for any experience and tips, before I mail it ;)

Just make sure you post it recorded signed for so the seller cant deny that they have received it and keep the receipt which the post office will give you.If the seller does claim that they haven't received the item the receipt is your proof that you have posted the item. You could open a case against the seller on eBay (if they claim that they haven't received the item) and provide eBay with the receipt details and this will be accepted as proof that you have sent the item to the seller and you will get your money back.

What is the type and value of the item?
Recorded doesn't cover (eg) jewellery, phones and goods more than 20quid
In which case, use SPECIAL delivery and keep the receipt
