When dinning out how do I get good service?
I am the third generation in my family for going out to eat only at fine quality dinning places, and being a person that gets bad food or service. This is no joke the third generation of this. Like the restraunt knows me. When I have never eaten there before. To alot of places I eat at.
I don't eat fast food have not for years now. And fine dinning I still go but it most of the time results in a bad experience and me having to tell the staff to take it back and cook it or something along those lines. I aways pay and go in with a good attitude about the dinning experience, with the intentions of leaving a tip. But by the end of the dinner I have had to put up with them recooking and getting a whole new plate of food or something with the dinner that I personally get that is not right. Like a steak or the fish. Some places say that they have it on there menu, but when it arrives they act like this is the first time they have had to cook that. and most of the time I say it loud and clear. Im iconic when I say "Take it back" I dont want that!
What can I do to get better service?

talk with the manager that your sick of people giving you bad service say i spend alot of money here and that way hopfully they will give good service and if not i would not go back find somewhere new

If you don't like the way your food is being prepared when you eat out: perhaps you should take a few cooking classes and make your dinner perfectly at home.
Three generations of your family have obviously done something wrong in order to have such poor experiences, you should work hard to break this pattern.
You most likely need to pay more attention to your writing and communication skills, dinning is not a word, and you have used it multiple times.
If you are not initially communicating your exact needs when ordering your meals, that could be where some of the problem is.
Businesses always remember customers who find fault with everything they do, it does not leave a good impression and if you never leave a tip on top of it, you quickly become persona non grata.
Good luck with breaking the three generation curse, it will take a bit of work to stop it.

It is "dining" not "dinning". You have way too high of expectations if no restaurant meets your standards. It is also not the servers fault that you are unhappy with the way that the food is prepared. If you are a complete asshole who doesn't tip, and you go back to the same restaurant a few times, they will remember you, and after a while they will start treating you like crap back. Maybe just once, eat your meal without sending it back, and you will see the difference in the way that the staff treats you.

So you don't tip the waitress because the kitchen staff did a crappy job? That could be why you are getting bad service.

Stop being so particular. It sounds to me like you are just raising unrealistic expectations.
How could it possibly be that every restaurant that you or your family has visited for the past three generations (that's like 60 years!!) all get bad service. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror.

Try out different places, good places..
read about them on zomato and such similar sites!

How is it the waiters fault that you got something undercooked? They don't cook the food, idiot. Don't punish your server, they probably know your a crappy tipper, that's why they don't care about you as a customer.
