Charcoal printing, some help please?
Is there a printer, commercial or otherwise, whereby charcoal prints can be made from photographs so the prints look like they have been done by hand?
If so, are they readily available?

I have never seen such a thing, what you would probably need is an ordinary black and white laser or high-end inkjet printer which can print on a heavy textured stock and an action created for Photoshop (or similar).
It is relatively easy to create an action that will produce fairly good replications of pencil drawings (look on Youtube) from a photograph, you could adapt one to give a charcoal effect.
