Is the film Sicko still relevant? Or do we have universal healthcare? Whats obamacare?
Please answer my questions because I need to write an informational speech about something and I already wrote one about lack of health care in the US from a couple Years back... If it's not an issue could you recommend something else?

I think it's even more relevant. Michael Moore has said it's a win for insurance corporations and he's right.
The point of Sicko isn't just that we didn't have a universal healthcare system. Part of the point was that these companies make their money by denying people health coverage. If they treated everyone's illness, then they would make less money.
Obamacare is basically a made up name for the Affordable Care Act (or ACA) that mandates that everyone has to purchase insurance. Either their company helps them get it or they have to buy it themselves or off a healthcare "market place".
The reason Sicko is still relevant here is because the ACA (or "Obamacare") was co-written by these very same companies. In writing it, many of the companies were "grandfathered" in and don't have to cover pre-existing conditions (a major complaint in Sicko).
The only problem Obamacare addresses from the movie is that you cannot be turned down for a policy. Remember in the movie some people applied for policies, had the money to purchase themselves, but were considered "high risk" and were turned down for even owning a policy by some insurers. Well, now they can't be turned down and have to be sold a policy. That said, if they buy a policy with one of the "grandfathered" companys mentioned previously, then they have a useless policy if they need to be treated for a pre-existing condition.
As this relates to the new "ACA" mandates you can say that this is a step, but it's still a win for the insurance companies (who helped to write the ACA) since now people are forced to buy coverage.
