Mom wont let me move out?
Im a full time college student with a part time job. Both my job and school are about 5-10 mins away from my best friends house opposed to my house which is about 30-40. My home life has always been kind of tense and uneasy so i want to move in with my friend, for at least a little while. My mom put my car under her name, so i cant exactly do this and i dont know how to try to get her to let me do this, because im expecting an explosion of anger like usual. What should i do?

You could try to figure out another mode of transportation or you could confront your mother about it all. She might be angry but stand your ground. If you're over 18 then she can't really force you to live with her.

You aren't mature enough to move out if you're not wise enough to realise your parents don't own you.

ask someone else to convince your mom. whether it be someone else in the family or a good friend of hers.
