Is it possible to conceive, if the condom was put on correctly and did not tear?

My last period ended December 18th. The 3rd-17th of january i went to visit my boyfriend, and around the 6th or 7th we had unprotected sex for a few minutes, and he pulled out. Regardless, two days later i took plan B just in case. My breast have been sore since i came home, and Since January 24th, ive been having light bleeding, but NOTHING like my periods ive had before. Theyre usually irregular, but when i get them, its heavy immediately. Does anyone know why spotting could be caused? Thanks!

2 days ago, I went to back out of my driveway, and there was a UPS vehicle half in the road, half in the back of the store. I accidentally bumped into the back of his truck (softly because i was just backing out) and i absolutely panicked (because im 18 and just got my license in august) and drove up the small hill by my house and parked. I walked down the hill to talk to him and he was already driving away. he didnt take pictures to my knowledge or call the police. There are a few scratches on the back of my car, but thats from my step father backing it into cement on saturday. What's going to happen?

Eventually we're planning on living together, bur we havent the first idea on how to go about this, such as do either of us need to change our citizenships? Are we possibly eligible for dual citizenships? I was just curious if anyone knew a good website about what needed to be done if an american moved to canada or vice versa. Thank you

Im a full time college student with a part time job. Both my job and school are about 5-10 mins away from my best friends house opposed to my house which is about 30-40. My home life has always been kind of tense and uneasy so i want to move in with my friend, for at least a little while.
