Getting her out of my flat...?
Right well what i need to know is how i can get my ex out of my flat. See i went down yesterday with the police but i was informed by the police that if i just changed the locks and lock her out i could run the risk of getting arrested as all her stuff is still in there. So tell where do i stand legally? Can i just lock her out? How do i proceed from here.

On what basis is she in the flat?
By your invitation?
has she ever paid you rent?
Is her name on any tenancy agreements?

You need to get a solicitor for this one, otherwise approach the young woman and negotiate something with her...although if she's on the tenancy agreement then it might be better to abandon the property.
