Why do GOP Congressmen hate America?
They know the country's political system, they know that when a bill passes though Capital Hill, is signed by the President, and upheld my the Supreme Court... it then becomes law.
This choice, to hold America hostage is unAmerican, hints my question above.

They’re adolescents. Still ticked that a black dude with a funny name kicked their butts in two elections. The last one, they ran against ObamaCare - and lost. Now, even though the vast majority of Americans don’t want a gov’t shutdown to repeal ObamaCare, it’s just what they’ve done.
What’s next? They’ll create a default because Obama refuses to repeal Medicare?

Why do GOP Congressmen hate America?
Do they? Did you not see the president's eyes glaze over and the drool start dripping when the reporter asked how many people signed up for Obamacare?
After all the scandals, is there one die-hard Obama support who can believe that a week into Obamacare that Obama is as clueless about this scandal when he said the exact same thing about his other scandals.
Can you imagine a real business owner doing the same thing in front of the shareholders as Obama is doing in front of the country? No.
What is hysterical, is you still believe that because a bill passes though Capital Hill, is signed by the President, and upheld by the Supreme Court, that somehow the government who takes weeks to do what the private sector has to do in days to survive at 4 times the cost could pull off interpreting the thousands of paging that Obamacare and bring it down to a user friendly way to find insurance providers.
Hehehehehehehehe
Now that is funny!
You have never actually read the Obamacare law have you so you just assumed the passing of the law meant easy implementation because the dems were in charge. Tough life lesson, huh?

More than twenty years after the Civil War ended, a reporter asked Jefferson Davis what he wanted future generations to know about why he lead the Confederate rebellion.
"Tell them --" he said, and hesitated to collect his thoughts. "Tell them that I only loved America" he said.
There is nothing in the Constitution that says laws can't be changed. Democrats rammed ObamaCare down America's throats in 2010 w/o a single Republican vote. Now Republicans have control of the House, and we want our voices heard.
Democrats once demanded others respect their 'Right' to own slaves, thought they loved America while doing so, and decried the GOP as the "Party of No" for standing against them. ObamaCare is a new form of slavery, enslaving all Americans to an impractical, unfair and destructive law.

I love my hostage takers. One party that shoves a bill up our noses says that they have to pass it for us to see what is in it, all the while we have been screaming please don't do this to us. Mass. elects a republican to stop it. TED freaking KENNEDY's seat no less. they still suspend the rules or whatever you call nullifying his vote to get this turd passed. This is nothing compared to the scorched earth policy of the Democratic policy. If this was the other way around you would say atta girl "nancy" Well welfare rules America now. We see what is in it now, and it stinks.

No specific big group in Congress or D.C. hates America. They make great-paying lives for themselves within the freedoms they have available in the US.
Problem is, they love themselves & their personal comforts & bank accounts more than they care about the citizens for whom they're supposed to 'serve.'

All spending bills originate in the House of Representatives. They can choose, legally, to pay or not pay for anything.

They think it isn't America anymore.
They live inside a fairy tale, nostalgic for a dream of a bygone America that never actually existed. It's all in their minds.
