Can you list top remarkable heritage sites in Europe?

Yes, I can. But perhaps you can't, especially if you read that link.
That article is written by someone really careless who does not know their geography. One of those sites (Ilulissat) is not in Europe, and is a natural site, not a heritage site. Another site (Giant's Causeway), the title says it is in Iceland (no it isn't), and it is a natural site not a heritage site
And of course there is a very long list of remarkable heritage sites that are not in the list, many of them more worthwhile than places that are in the list.

Well, I got a bit of a laugh reading the amusingly tortured English in the descriptions in your link. Also, anyone who thinks that Greenland is in Europe has, I think, got a very poor grasp of geography. I particularly liked the hilarious typo in the Giant's Causeway headline. Iceland, indeed. And the big church in Cologne is generally known as a 'Cathedral'. Oh, I give up. As a serious source of information for would-be travellers, rather than a couple of minutes' mild amusement, this is a pretty incompetent job. My cat could do better than this.
