What is want imply/intend/convey/meant of dangerous places?
Although it is the same to hazardous area but it has a little difference.
I'm not asking of what are those places,
I'm asking what it means or wants to imply by dangerous places
I'm studying of chemical, gas, oil tanker vessels because it has a hazardous area and dangerous places but I don't know what is the meaning of this thanks.

A "dangerous place" is any place where the risk of harm to a person in that location is significantly higher than it is in most other places.

It's a warning to people that they should wear appropriate protective clothing, such as masks, overalls, boots, etc., to protect themselves against harm from chemicals, gas, etc.; or hard hats in the case of falling masonry, etc.
