Same reason he will not have a vote to allow kids with cancer to receive their treatments. He's throwing a tantrum because he can't have things his way.

Not exactly true.
You are confusing the fact that CONTRACT chaplains cannot work during the shutdown. However, practice of faith is totally legal.
Before spreading a story like this, get the facts.
