Everyone has to buy healthcare insurance according to the LAW.
I'm not sure how you "get" Obamacare. There's no such thing.

Everyone is required unless you are connected then you get a waiver. If you are not working you probably can get some help paying for some or all . Rates seem to be going up but they are going to do that with or without Obamacare

Only people without insurance need to get coverage.
If they pay nothing now then they will need to pay something if they can afford it. There is a sliding scale of subsidies so that everyone who needs it can have some coverage.
The idea is that everyone have coverage, the uninsured don't pay their bill and that cost is passed on to us.

Nobody gets Obamacare. It's a law, not an insurance policy.
Everyone is required to have insurance. Those who don't have it can go to the exchanges for low-cost options. Middle class can get subsidies, the very poor are eligible for Medicaid.
Fun fact: In the US,
49% of people have employer-provided insurance;
5% have individual policies;
16% are on Medicaid;
13% receive Medicare;
16% are uninsured.
In other words, it will currently affect 16% of the population.

Everyone must be insured or be exempt by next March or they incur a tax penalty. That is what the law says. Even if you dont work there are choices to get insured.

No, if citizens are what they call "under-employed" they can be assigned low paying jobs by the gov, in order to pay their fair share. They do not have a choice what they will be doing for employment or basic necessities. That is another aspect of communism. Job assignment and gov direction in earnings.

If they have healthcare though work then Obamacare doesn't apply to them. They don't need to give it a second thought.
