The head coach is responsible overall for the entire team... If someone else is to blame then he should fire them and hire someone that, hopefully, does a better job.....

I believe that Mike Smith is more to blame for the Atlanta Falcons struggles this season. Keep in mind, this team made it to the NFC Championship Game last season, and returned just about everyone for this season. There is no reason why this team should be 1-4 right now. This debacle is very reminiscent of the 2003 Oakland Raiders.

The team isn't playing hard nor executing well on either side of the ball. That goes to the organization. I have never liked Mike Nolan, I believe he tears teams apart playing teammates as well as sides of the ball against themselves.

    Mike Nolan, Defense Sucks.

But they are also have injury problem with Asante Samuel, who is a huge factor.

Both equally, and while yes they have definitely made mistakes, they have also had a lot of injuries. And now Julio Jones out for the season.... They're done this season.
