What is this tail gate piece on 2002-2005 Explorer?

Here is a picture of it in the red square. I need to replace this plastic piece because it is all scratched, but I can't find it ANYWHERE!

    Ford was warranting this trim for some time.....check with a Ford Dealership bodyshop.....

    its just plastic trim, and right where yours is cracked, so are every other one ive ever seen. i think ive sold 1 out of over 20 explorers at the salvage yard i work at
