NO, it was an absolutely STUPID idea. Those protesters were allowed to exercise "free speech" when they are NOT citizens! Further, why should these sub-moronic twits be allowed to protest, but the very persons honored by the WWII memorial are not allowed to visit it.
A monument that is NEVER staffed now has more protection by armed guards than the embassy in Benghazi did on 11 Sept. 2012.

Regardless of what they were protesting, it's probably closer to what our forefathers would have done. Now our reps sit on their butts and just do what the party leaders tell them to. They don't take any risks.
I can respect that these people would put their money where their mouth is so to speak.
