Maybe this is something you heard from Jon Stewart and assumed to be true because you don't have any information from outside sources, but not funding Obamacare is not going to ruin the economy, our government is a system of checks and balances and they don't have to fund it if they don't want to and if you took the time to learn about how corrupt Obamacare is, the fact that congress is exempt from it because they don't want their families to have to have it, and the economic strain it will casue to small businesses and jobs, you would support their freedom not to fund it.

**And how is Obama a success? He has ruined the economy and increased unemployment then made more people dependent upon the government to have more supporters? That's success? In America I thought success was a thriving economy where more people can go to work and fulfill the American dream, not get a free Obama phone and food stamps. Those are meant to be a safety net, not used to make people dependent on the government so they'll vote for you.

Correction: It is Obama and the democrats who are ruining the economy because they refuse to negotiate.

The republicans have passed bills to fund the government on 3 occasions.

The first would defund Obamacare completely - rejected by Obama and the democrats.

The second funded the government but delayed the implimentatio0n of Obamacare for a year - rejected by Obama and the democrats again.

The third funded the government in full with an agreement that both parties would meet to iron out a new healthcare plan - rejected by Obama and the democrats.

It seems that Congress got their wavier from Obamacare and refuse to fund the government because they don't want to live under Obamacare - they'd lose their healthcare plan that is paid for by the taxpayers.

How is not increasing the amount of debt going to ruin the economy?

A government shutdown has not ruined the economy the 17 previous times it has occurred and it wont ruin the economy this time either.

    Do some research.

One thing is clear, Republicans don't care if they ruin the economy, but they do care that Obamacare will be a success!!!

And it is about time that Americans woke up to the fact that this is what its all about!!!
