Am i getting screwed over with this wage?!?
I have worked at this place for 18 months now and have proved myself over and over. I manage our social networking website and i manage 2 OLDER people with sales etc. The thing is i get a wage of £5.39. I am getting so fed up of this as i am the third longest serving member of staff and have more responsibility than the 3 part timers. (i am full time doing 32 hours a week). I am 20 years old.
Does this seem right?

you said you're in charge of a sales team. are you working for minimum wage plus commissions? then that's fair & you need to hustle more to earn those commissions.
if you're only getting a low wage then they are totally taking advantage of your youth & inexperience in negotiating salary.
time to meet with the bosses & negotiate for a raise & to start looking for another employer if they won't agree to a raise.

Service time has nothing to do with getting a raise. There is a going pay rate for each job that is set by the company. It doesn't make any difference if you having been doing the job for 18 years or 18 months. It`s the same job. It`s the same pay.
The ages of the people you manage is also irrelevant. Most managers are managing people older and younger than themselves. If they are paid more than you it is because the minimum wage for over 21s in the UK is higher by law. When you are 21 your wage will go up.

Totally
You are getting only a little more than the minimum wage for your age
Time to ask for a pay rise, or look for another job
