biography writing language features?

Hi,

I'm writing a biography & it must be in third person/past tense but i have to include a rhetorical question at the start/orientation... How do I include a rhetorical question at the start of a biography? I can't find any biography samples on Google that has one in them.. Does anyone have a good site/link or a sample biography with this language feature?

Or Please give me an example of how i would write it?
