best bodyweight exercise other than pull-ups/chin-ups to work the chest, shoulders and triceps?

i want one bodyweight exercise which works the chest, shoulders and triceps.

i dont want to do push ups because they are too easy for me.

i cant do all those rope climbs because there is no place in my house to attach ropes.

please suggest some other exercises which effectively works the chest, shoulders and triceps.

    Push ups are the only body weight exercise that really works all three of those muscle groups. Your hand position determines what portion of the load is taken by each muscle group.

    The reason they have gotten too easy is that you aren't increasing the load, you can now easily lift your own body weight with those muscles. The only way to get stronger is to move on to weight lifting.

    Pull ups do not work any of those muscles. They work the upper back and biceps.

    There are many different types of push-ups that will challenge you try this I promise it works

    10- Regular Push-Ups

    10- Decline PU

    10- Incline PU

    10- Diamond PU (Hands form a Diamond)

    10- Triangle PU (Hands turned in so they make a triangle)

    10- Alternating PU (1 hand forward and the other back alternating)

    10- Spider Man PU (Pull 1 leg to your side do a push up then switch legs)

    10- Jumping Jack PU (Jumping Jack your legs do PU's with Hands)

    10- Under the fence PU (Act like there is a fence and you have to go under it forward and then backward)

    10- 1 Handed PU

    nothing is better then weight lifting

    the only thing lift for u to do

    planks, burpies, dips

    but go an lift weights....
