Why do Americans not follow the community guidelines? esp the government.?

Community guidelines? To make life as difficult for people as we can”​—A Direct quote from Mr. Obama. HOW IS THIS IN VIOLATION OF THE Community guidelines?

    All governments today, aren't worried about the community they are worried about their own survival..

    If you mean Yahoo's, it was likely a violation of the question answer format. See this isn't a question it's just a somewhat incoherent rant with a question mark at the end.
