It appears my steering wheel is solidly LOCKED!?

I was going to drive my little truck (1995 Chevy S-10, 4 speed) yesterday (drive it once a month) when I put the key in the ignition and it wouldn't turn, and then slightly turned the steering wheel and the whole thing is now locked up on me...Any way to "undo" (or do I have to call Triple AAA) ???

    Normally when that happens, you can turn the wheel slightly. If you turn the wheel and hold it in that position, you can get the ignition to turn. Also make sure it is fully in park.
