if UFOs are real, why don’t they just show up on the White House lawn, say hello to President Obama?

I don't believe higher intelligence has visited Earth, but I don't think the fact that they haven't shown up on the White House lawn is a solid argument against it. I mean, they might not understand how human society works. Going by popularity, they might think the Kardashians are the world leaders.

U.F.O's are in fact quite real. It is the I.F.O's that have never existed.

The "U" stands for 'Unidentified' of course.

Since there has not been a single instance of life being found elsewhere in the universe, you must accept that it is confined to earth.

Oh, yes, people will talk their faces off about how many earth-like

planets there are, but IN FACT no life of any kind has been shown to exist anywhere else.

UFOs are real, I have seen them. The question is, are alien space craft in or around Earth real? Just because you cannot identify it, does not mean that it is an alien spacecraft.

The answer is because they met President Eisenhower at Kirtland AFB (Albuquerque, NM) and settled the deal. No need to make any later stops.
