Taking PEP won't work in your case, you aretoo far outside the short window. If the guy really had HIV and an STD, you are at risk. Go and get tested. Talk with the test administrator, they should be trained to talk with you about your risks. Whether or not your particular test is accurate is dependent upon how long ago the exposure was - HIV starts to show up on many rapid tests from 4-6 weeks, but do not turn positive for some people for up to three months. If your exposure was less than three months ago, test now and test again at the three month mark. The time frame is not the same for STDs... some show up within days. Meanwhile, assume that you may be positive and protect yourself and any partner you may have now. All this being said, even if the guy was HIV positive, there are other factors that increase (or decrease) the actual risk of infection being passed on to you. These include what type of sex, how often you had sex, his viral load at the time of sex, etc. Just because he had HIV does not mean that he passed it on to you.

Good luck and take care of yourself!

Get a test but before you do that you need to know how long you have to wait before it shows up in your system. In the mean time you can call the police and have your ex boyfriend arrested for giving you and others HIV, that he does not mind giving to others.

First off calm the fck down. Just go to the docter and get tested. He sounds like a sorry selfish bastard.

you should go get a check up at your local gp or something.

you might not have an std but it's better to be safe than sorry.

You need to get tested. If you test positive for anything, the sooner you get treatment, the better.

Call your doctor to get tested. Or go to your local planned parenthood (google it) to get tested.
