Can you not comment on your answer after it's been voted "Best"?
Sometimes the Asker leaves a comment in their rating of the answer, and I click "Comment" and this tiny grey box starts to appear, but it doesn't let me type anything...
Am I not allowed to comment on my own answer after the voting period/best answer has been selected or what?
Also, does the Asker get a notice or e-mail that that answer was commented on after they selected the best answer?

Perhaps this is yet another glitch of the new layout. I miss old Yahoo Answers :(
