How much is it advisable to have sex in one night?

We have been together over a decade. My husband is 35 yrs old. When we have sex it is usually 1 time a day...Sometimes it is two. We could do more but WHY? Like I said...a decade! Our sessions range from just a few minutes to well over 2 hours. Average being about 45 minutes. If we have sex more than once in a day, of course I help him get aroused in any way I can. The reason we would do it multiple times is because sex makes ME (the woman) want more sex. I usually flirt with him, pose for him, hit on him, rub him, snuggle him, kiss him, talk about sex with him...if he is still having trouble I start with a fantastic bj. Usually nature takes its course after that.

Since this is in the Pregnancy and Parenting section, I'm wondering if you are trying to get pregnant? If you are, sex too frequently can work against you. The man's sperm needs time to regenerate. So it's actually better not to have sex every day, or not to have it multiple times. After the first time, there aren't many sperm, so it's kind of pointless.

It you're just doing it for fun, it's entirely your decision how many times you want to do it.

As long as natural or store bought lube is involved and both are consenting and enjoying, as much as possible. Then again, I'm greedy like that! You can run the risk of "Honeymooners' Disease", or thrush/yeast infection, so it is important to stay hydrated and eat something like yogurt. Is some one suggesting there is a limit? Spoil sports!

For a female she is capable as many times she wants, for male three fourth will be very difficult but a few can fifth time no way. For me usually once occasionally two third time éand I am almost dead.
